Cheese & Wine

This weekend I put together my first cheese board. I know it’s not much, but I had to do a lot of research in order to choose the perfect combination. I learned from some very reliable online sources that a good cheese board involves a soft, semi-hard and hard cheese. I went with brie, gouda and parmesan.

I paired the cheese with sliced apple and pear, and grapes. As well as pieces of baguette.

It was delicious and pretty.

It’s easy to put together, and is perfect for a girls’ wine night.
